Variable Control Chart Results - Display Tab

Select the Display tab of the Variable Control Chart Results dialog box to access options to select various results statistics and display options for each variable in the analysis. All selections on this tab will apply to the selected (highlighted) variable in the list of variables at the top of the dialog box.

Summary chart and outliers
Select this check box to display, for each chart variable, a summary spreadsheet with all chart values, as well as a summary spreadsheet for all out-of-control samples.
Separate parts in charts
If this check box is selected, consecutive samples belonging to different parts (in short-run charts) will be separated by vertical lines; not applicable for standard (non short-run) charts.
Label parts in charts
If selected, samples belonging to different parts (in short-run charts) will be labeled with the part names; not applicable for standard (non short-run) charts.
Runs tests
Select whether to compute runs tests, and if so, whether to indicate violations of runs tests in the charts. Select the respective option button - Do not compute, Compute summary, or Compute and show - to indicate your choice.
Value formats
The options selected in this box will determine the specific display formats used for values (e.g., scale values) shown in charts.
From variable formats
Select how to determine the display format of scale (axis) labels in control charts; choose From variable formats to format the scale (axis) labels using the display format of the respective (selected, highlighted) variable in the plot.
Number of digits
Select this option button to specify a fixed number of digits for the display format.
N of digits, scale
Specify the number of digits for the display format for scale (axis) labels in charts; this option is only applicable if the Formats for values on axes option is set to Number of digits.
N of digits, value
 Specify the number of digits to be used for displaying numbers (values other than scale or axes values for charts) in various charts and results tables.
