You can open the
Custom Max Column Width dialog box in the following ways.
Ribbon bar. Select the
View tab. In the
Display group, click
Max Column Width and on the menu, select
Customize to display the
Custom Max Column Width dialog box.
Classic menus. On the
View - Max. Displayed Column Width submenu, select
Customize to display the
Custom Max Column Width dialog box.
Option
Description
Enter max column width
Type a value in this box to specify the maximum width (in inches) of columns (variables) in the spreadsheet.
OK
Accepts the width entered and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box. Any changes made are disregarded.
