Report Print Layout

Setting up a report's layout for printing, (including selecting either portrait or landscape orientation), can be accessed from the File tab menu by selecting Print, then Settings.

Re-size the Spreadsheet in a Report

A report may be displayed compressed to a smaller scale if it has many rows and columns.

Before printing your report, you can re-size the spreadsheet in it. For viewing or printing, you can drag to maximize or minimize a spreadsheet horizontally or vertically up to a factor of 2.

Select the handles of the frame that appears around the spreadsheet.

Adjust them to make the spreadsheet larger or smaller.

  • To maximize it, drag it out to its full actual size (as large as it will go).
  • To minimize it, drag it smaller to half its actual size (as small as it will go).

Save as PDF

  • From the File tab menu, select Save as and select PDF file from the Save as type menu on the Save as dialog box.
  • From the Home tab, select Save, then Save as PDF
