Workspace Node: Correlation Matrices - Results - Color Maps Tab

In the Correlation Matrices node dialog box, under the Results heading, select the Color maps tab to access options to create color maps, where the magnitude or statistical significance of a correlation coefficient in a correlation matrix can be quickly identified by the background color of the respective cell.

Element Name Description
Display format for correlation matrices This group box contains options to specify the display format for correlation matrices.
Simple matrix (r-values) Select this option button to create a color map where the colors indicate the value of the respective correlation coefficients (which can range from -1 to +1).
Matrix of absolute r values Select this option button to create a color map where the colors indicate the value of the respective absolute correlation coefficients (so the coloring will be proportional to the values 0<=|r|<=1).
Matrix of p values Select this option button to create a color map where the colors indicate the value of p.
Color map Click this button to create the color map.

Options / C / W. See Common Options.

OK Click the OK button to accept all the specifications made in the dialog box and to close it. The analysis results will be placed in the Reporting Documents node after running (updating) the project.
