Design of a Screening (Plackett-Burman) Experiment
Click the OK button on the Design & Analysis of Screening Experiments dialog to display the Design of a Screening (Plackett-Burman) Experiment dialog (if you have chosen to design an experiment via the Design experiment tab). This dialog contains four tabs: Quick, Display design, Add to design, and Generators & aliases. Use the options on these tabs to view the different aspects of the desired design. The Summary box (described below) is available regardless of which tab you select.
Summary box
The Summary Box at the top of the dialog displays the characteristics of the basic design, including the design resolution (see the Introductory Overview). Note that this information will not be updated if you add replicates to the design, or request center points or foldover.

Summary
Click the Summary button to display a spreadsheet specifying the settings for each experimental run. The design display is affected by the settings of the options on the
Display design tab (see Denote factors, Order of runs, and Show (in Spreadsheet). To save the design, select the spreadsheet and use the Save or Save As options via the File menu. Note that if you request to display Text labels in your spreadsheet via the
Display design tab, and then save it as a data file, then Statistica will save the text labels along with the "underlying" factor minima and maxima.
