Can I undo editing operations?

You can undo most operations such as editing, moving, or copying blocks; random fill; recoding or ranking variables.

Press CTRL+Z or:

Ribbon bar. Click on the Quick Access toolbar

Classic menus. Select Undo from the spreadsheet Edit menu.

Multi-level undo is supported (with 32 buffers), so you can undo up to 32 of the most recent spreadsheet operations.
