GLM Specifying Repeated Measures Designs - Specifying More than One Repeated Measures Factor
If a design contains more than one repeated measures factor, the order in which they are specified determines the assignment of dependent variables to levels of the repeated measures factors. Statistica cycles through the dependent variable list, assigning variables to subsequent levels of the repeated measures factor. Specifically, the fastest-moving (changing) levels are those of the repeated measures factor which was specified last, the next-fastest moving (changing) levels are those of the repeated measures factor which was specified next to last, and so on.
