Variables containing Causes and Actions. Click this button to display a variable selection dialog box where you specify variables that contain codes for causes and actions.
Specify codes. Once you have specified the variables, you can specify the codes to use for those variables. Click the Specify codes button (for either Causes or Actions) to display a Specify text labels for dialog box for the specified variable.
Sample inclusion codes (can also be added later)
Variables containing codes. Click this button to display a one-variable selection dialog box where you can select the variable that contains codes for exclusion from graphs and/or computations. Once you have selected the variable, you can specify the codes to use for exclusion from computations and for exclusion from graphs and computations using the boxes provided beneath those options.
Variable with comments
Click the
Variable button to display a one-variable selection dialog box, where you specify the variable that contains (or will contain) additional comments to use in the charts. Click the
Specify codes button to display the
Specify text labels for
Add variables to the data file
Click this button to display the Add Variables dialog box, where you add additional variables to your data set.
