Analysis Configuration: Analysis Run Options

  1. Click the Run with options button in the Analysis Configuration properties page or right-click on an Analysis Configuration.
  2. Select Run with Options in the shortcut menu to display the Analysis Run Options dialog.
  3. In Statistica, in the Enterprise Analysis/Report dialog, select an analysis, press SHIFT, and click the Run button to display the Analysis Run Options dialog.

Run in separate Statistica instance

Select this checkbox to launch a new instantiation of Statistica, in which the selected Analysis Configuration will be run.

Debug Level

Select a command from this dropdown list box to determine whether a "debug" log file will be created from the running of the Analysis Configuration and how much information will be retained. This option is useful when configuring a new Analysis Configuration that is not running correctly or fails to run for troubleshooting purposes. You can select from No Logging, Critical, Informational, or Detailed.

Note:  The SEWSS.log file will be written to the user's document directory.

Disable auto update

Select this checkbox to disable auto-updating, if the Data Configuration on which this Analysis Configuration is based has Auto-Update Columns configured and if the Analysis Configuration options are set to check for new data on a user-defined time period.

Extract data only

Select this checkbox to run only the data extraction part of the Analysis Configuration, disabling the running of the analyses that would normally execute once the data extraction has completed. Select this option when you are attempting to determine whether the data extraction operations are completing successfully.

OK

Click OK to run the selected Analysis Configuration with the options selected.

Cancel

Click Cancel to abort running the selected Analysis Configuration.
