Analysis Configuration: SPC Characteristics

Expand an IQCAnalysis Configurations node in the tree view, and then expand an Analysis Configuration, and select SPC Characteristics to display these options in the properties page. Set the information to allow the header information to be displayed in the Quality Control charts resulting from this Analysis Configuration.

Show multiple IQC projects
The selection of this checkbox determines whether results for more than one characteristic are shown simultaneously on the screen. By default, if an IQC Analysis Configuration produces results for multiple characteristics, only the results for one are shown; other QC projects are minimized. Selecting this option configures that all QC projects are shown simultaneously.
Hide dialogs
Select this checkbox so that the Analysis dialog will not be displayed when the Analysis Configuration runs. Disabling the display of the Analysis dialog will prevent users from accessing chart controls.
Set IQC chart header
Select this checkbox to place header information on the IQC Analysis Configuration output. Enter the desired header information in the adjacent text box.

Information that can be typed into this field includes text, target names in brackets (e.g. [PRODUCT]) to allow for the display of the respective value of the user's selections when filtering is allowed for this column in this Analysis Configuration, and the following functions:

  • &[CHARNAME] - type this into the header information to include the relevant characteristic name at run-time. 
  • &[DATE] - type this into the header information to include the current date at run-time.
  • &[TIME] - type this into the header information to include the current time at run-time.
