Analysis Configuration: Add/Edit Specification
- In the tree view, select the Specifications node for an SPC Characteristic within an IQC Analysis Configuration.
- Click the Add button to display the Add/Edit specification dialog.
Use the following options to define the specifications associated with a particular Characteristic. The values, either static or dynamically queried, will be used in the Quality Control and Process Capability analyses for the respective Characteristic.
Type
Select a specification type from the Type dropdown list. The associated specification type for the selected specification is displayed in this list.
Use static value
Select this option button to use a fixed value for the selected specification. Enter the value in the adjacent text box.
Use queried value
Note: elect this option button to use a SQL query to obtain the value for the selected specification. To select this option, there must be a query defined in the
Specifications properties page.
OK
Click this button to accept any changes made and exit this dialog.
Cancel
Click this button to exit this dialog without making any changes.
