Audit Trails: Audit Log Filtering
Expand the System Options node in the tree view, select the Log Viewer node, and then click the Filter button in the properties page to display the Audit Log Filtering dialog.
Use the box below the From checkbox to specify the starting hour, minute, second, and AM/PM for the start of the log viewing time period.
Use the box below the To checkbox to specify the starting hour, minute, second, and AM/PM for the end of the log viewing time period.
Use the individual action checkboxes presented in the scroll box to select which types of individual actions will be displayed in the Log Viewer.
log on. The audit log display will show a record of every time one of the selected users has logged on.
log off. The audit log display will show a record of every time one of the selected users has logged off.
create. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been created by one of the selected users.
add. The audit log display will show a record of every time a task is added to a Taskset by one of the selected users (MAS only).
delete. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been deleted by one of the selected users.
change. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been changed by one of the selected users.
run. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been run by one of the selected users.
copy. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been copied by one of the selected users.
enable. The audit log display will show a record of every time a Taskset or Dashboard, has been enabled by one of the selected users (MAS only).
disable. The audit log display will show a record of every time a Taskset or Dashboard, has been disabled by one of the selected users (MAS only).
attach. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been attached to a folder in the System View by one of the selected users.
detach. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been detached from a folder in the System View by one of the selected users.
change acl. The audit log display will show a record of every time the Access Permissions for an object, such as a Data Configuration, are changed by one of the selected users.
revert. The audit log display will show a record of every time an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been reverted to a previous version.
approve. The audit log display will show a record of every time a version of an object, such as a Data Configuration, has been marked as approved.
override. The audit log display will show a record of every time a version of a Data Entry Setup object's constraints has been overridden. For example, characteristic XYZ requires the user to enter a value less than 0.95. An individual with the security permission Override (OVR) entered 1, therefore they overrode the constraint.
Use the individual user checkboxes presented in the scroll box to select which users' actions will be displayed in the Log Viewer.
