In
Enterprise Manager, I right click on a System View folder but I do not see the option to add a
New Data Configuration (or
New Analysis Configuration,
Report Configuration, etc.).

Access the
View menu in the
Enterprise Manager application, and ensure that the relevant configuration objects are checked. If they are, review the
permissions of your
user account.
Q
All of the options are unavailable (dimmed) in the
Statistics menu in Statistica.
A
Access the User Administration node in
Enterprise Manager and check the
Analysis Module permissions for the respective
User/Group.
