Format Menu Button

Click the arrow on the button to display a format menu from which you can select a new format for the selected cells. Click the button to change the format to the most recently used (from this menu) format.

To create a new format based on the currently selected cells, select New from Selection. The Format Name dialog is displayed, which is used to specify a name for the format.

Afterwards, the new format is added to the format menu.
