Format Characters
This dialog box is displayed when you click the button on the Report toolbar.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Font | Use this field and the accompanying list to select the desired font. |
| Size | Use this field and the accompanying list to select the desired font size, in points. Note that 72 points equals 1 inch. |
| Style/Effect | If desired, select the Bold, Italic, Strikeout, and/or Underline check boxes to apply a specific font style or effect to the text. |
| Text Color | Use this drop-down list box to select the text color from a palette of available colors. |
| Background Color | Use this drop-down list box to select the background color from a palette of available colors. |
| Preview | This frame displays sample text that is formatted according to the choices you have made in the Font tab. |
| Copy From | Click this button to choose from a drop-down list of available formats. When you select a format, the formatting options on all four tabs will reflect the selected format's options. |
