Gridlines
You can access the Gridlines dialog box in the following ways:
- Ribbon bar. Select the View tab. In the Display group, click Grid Lines to display the Gridlines dialog box.
- Classic menus. On the View menu, select Gridlines to display the Gridlines dialog box.
Use these options to choose the color and format for the spreadsheet gridlines.
| Option | Description |

| Horizontal Data Line/Vertical Data Line | Use the Horizontal Data Line and Vertical Data Line boxes to select the color and style of the gridlines between the variables and cases. |
| Rows/Data Line | Use the Rows/Data Line box to select the color of the gridline between the Case Headers and the first variable in the spreadsheet. |
| Columns/Data Line | Use the Columns/Data Line box to select the color of the gridline between the Variable Headers and the first variable. |
| Header/Columns Line | Use the Header/Columns Line box to select the color of the gridline between the Variable Headers and the Header. |
| OK | Click the OK button to accept the changes made in the Gridlines dialog box. |
| Cancel | Click the Cancel button to close this dialog box. Any changes made will be disregarded. |
