Attribute Gage Study Results

Click the OK button in the Attribute gage study (Analytic method) dialog box to display the Results: AttributeGageStudy dialog box, which contains one tab: Quick.

Summary

Click this button to produce a summary spreadsheet and graph.

The summary spreadsheet includes: The multiple graph contains:
  • reference values
  • the number of acceptance for each part
  • the percentage of acceptance for each part
  • the z-score for the normal probability plot of reference values
  • the normal probability plot for reference values of the measured part
  • a Gage performance curve
  • results for the selected test of bias = 0 vs. not = 0
  • a variety of statistics including the bias
  • adjusted and unadjusted repeatability
  • the fitted regression line (shown in the probability plot)
  • the R squared value of the line

Gage performance

Click this button to produce a probability summary of gage performance that includes the reference values and the percentage of acceptance for each part.

Bias, repeatability etc

Click this button to produce a spreadsheet of data statistics that includes

  • bias
  • adjusted and unadjusted repeatability
  • T for the selected test of bias = 0
  • the regression line
  • r-square for the regression line

Cancel

Click this button to close the Results: AttributeGageStudy dialog box and return to the Attribute gage study (Analytic method) dialog box.

Options

Click the Options button to display the Options menu.
