In Database Logistic Regression: Specifications Advanced Tab

In the In-Database Logistic Regression node dialog box, under the Specifications heading, select the Advanced tab to access the following options.

Summary: Results. Select this check box to produce a spreadsheet with the parameter estimates to the Reporting Documents. The GLM topic The Sigma-Restricted and Overparameterized Model discusses in detail how this coding is accomplished (and how, consequently, the parameter estimates can be interpreted). You can also refer to the Design term and Coefficient options in Summary results for between effects in GLM for details on the labeling of the columns of the design matrix in results spreadsheets.

Parameterization.

Sigma-restricted
Select this option button to compute the design matrix for categorical predictors in the model based on sigma-restricted coding. The sigma-restricted model is the default parameterization, except for models that involve nested effects; see the GLM Introductory Overview - Sigma-Restricted and Overparameterized Model for additional details.

Estimation.

Note:
Max. iterations. Enter the maximum number of iterations for the iterative estimation procedure. With each iteration, the algorithm will run a database task to scan the whole data set (in-database). With a large number of iterations defined, it can take some time to complete and will load the database.
 
Converge: 1.E-.
Enter the value in the to determine whether the iterative estimation procedure has converged; specifically, the integer value entered into this field is used as the (negative) exponent of a base 10 constant (e.g., if the default value 7 is used, the constant will evaluate to 10E-7); this constant is then used to check for convergence of the parameter estimation procedure.
