SPC Chart - Chart 1

 This tab contains options to select chart and summary descriptives output as required by the user. Use this tab to define the following parameters:

Element Name Description
X graph type

From this dropdown list, select the X graph type:

  • Individuals
  • X-Bar
  • EWMA
  • MA
  • CuSum
In unequal n for sample

From this dropdown list, select the method to adopt for limit lines computation when the samples are of unequal sizes:

  • use average n
  • use separate limits
  • normalize chart
Variance graph type

From this dropdown list, select the Variance graph type:

  • Moving Range/R
  • S
SixGraph type

Use this dropdown list to select the Six graph type:

  • Type 1
  • Type 2
  • Type 3
  • Type 4
Show SixGraph Select this checkbox to generate a Six graph.
Show X graph Select this checkbox to generate a X graph.
Show Variance graph Select this checkbox to generate a Variance graph.
Show X and Variance graph Select this checkbox to generate both X and Variance graph.
Show Descriptive Statistics Select this checkbox to generate a sample Descriptive Statistics spreadsheet.
Show Run Test spreadsheet(s) Select this checkbox to generate a Runs Test spreadsheet(s) containing the runs rule violations in the charts.
