Support

In TIBCO Streaming Model Management Server (MMS), you can generate diagnostics for technical support. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. On the top-level menubar, select Help>Create Support Archive.
  2. Enter information in the following optional fields:
Field Description
Start time Refers to the time from which the system logs, configurations, and other relevant data starts.
End time Refers to the time at which system logs, configurations, and other relevant data ends.
Deployment The deployment name to filter and isolate relevant details for the support archive. Keep this blank to fetch all support details within the selected timeframe.
Project The project's name to filter and isolate relevant details for the support archive. Keep this blank to fetch all support details within the selected timeframe.

3. Click OK. A compressed (zip) file containing the relevant support files and logs is generated and automatically downloaded to your device.
