Support
In TIBCO Streaming Model Management Server (MMS), you can generate diagnostics for technical support. To do this, proceed as follows:
- On the top-level menubar, select Help>Create Support Archive.
- Enter information in the following optional fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Start time | Refers to the time from which the system logs, configurations, and other relevant data starts. |
| End time | Refers to the time at which system logs, configurations, and other relevant data ends. |
| Deployment | The deployment name to filter and isolate relevant details for the support archive. Keep this blank to fetch all support details within the selected timeframe. |
| Project | The project's name to filter and isolate relevant details for the support archive. Keep this blank to fetch all support details within the selected timeframe. |
3. Click OK. A compressed (zip) file containing the relevant support files and logs is generated and automatically downloaded to your device.
