Dynamic users are created at first login. All dynamic domain users automatically become members of the dynamic all group. See Adding Users to the Dynamic Domain for details on adding users to the dynamic domain.

It is not recommended to add dynamic users to the composite groups unless the group privileges are an entirely public set of permissions and no TDV rights are granted.
