Viewing Data Lineage

You can view data lineage information in Business Directory. This information reflects the dependencies present in the underlying TDV instance.

To view data lineage information

Select BROWSE and open a resource.

Select the Data Lineage tab.

Expand the tree under the Data Source column to see which data sources contribute to creating the resource.

Expand each of the data sources further to see what procedures or tables and columns are used in the creation of the resource in which you are interested.
