Removing Principals from a Target Site

You can use a deployment plan to remove existing principals from the target site. Removing them on the target site does not remove them on the source site.

A couple of notes:

•

The principals must exist on the target site.

•

You cannot remove principals unless the target server is online.

To remove principals from a target location

1.

Click PLANS and select a plan.

2.

Click Edit.

3.

Click Add Operation.

4.

Select Remove Principals Operation.

Deployment Manager adds a Remove Principals operation to the Operations tab.

5.

Double-click the Principal Bundle row and select the principal bundle on the target site to remove.

6.

Click OK.

7.

Click Save on the Operations tab.
