Uninstalling in the Console Mode

You can uninstall this product in the console mode.

Procedure

Using a command window, navigate to the <TIBCO_HOME>\tools\universal_installer directory.
Type the following command at the command prompt: TIBCOUniversalInstaller.exe -console
Complete the uninstallation by responding to the console window prompts.

Note: After the uninstallation, you must manually delete some of the folders related to TIBCO Enterprise Administrator. They are safe to delete provided they are not related to TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME. The typical unistallation does not delete the tea folder that contains the 2.4 and agents folder. If you intend to delete TIBCO Enterprise Administrator completely, then it would be okay to remove these directories. If you plan to go back to a previously installed version of TIBCO Enterprise Administrator, then delete only the tea directory.
