Messaging and Data Grid Open Source Software Support
As part of the TIBCO Platform license, customers are entitled to receive support for the following open source products from the Apache Software Foundation:
The scope of support includes:

Ability to submit cases for eligible product versions, including the APIs and components provided and distributed with the product versions.

Receive assistance with installation, configuration and deployment of eligible product versions.

Receive assistance in providing workarounds and available fixes for issues reported; staging of issues by TIBCO will be on the latest, supported versions of eligible product(s).

Maintenance service level initial response and follow-up response times will be provided in accordance with Customer’s existing Maintenance service level.

TIBCO may elect to file defect reports and submit pull requests with the Apache Software Foundation.
The scope of support excludes:

TIBCO provided enhancements, new features, patches
-
Staging of issues that involve platforms, components, or third-party software no longer supported by the open source project
Version Support Policy
For Apache Kafka, TIBCO will provide support for 2 years from the date of GA release
For Apache Pulsar, TIBCO follows the following Apache Pulsar LTS support policy, or for 2 years from the date of the GA release, whichever is shorter: https://pulsar.apache.org/contribute/release-policy/
For Apache Cassandra, TIBCO will provide support for the time periods on the project's published support policy, or for 2 years from the date of the GA release, whichever is shorter: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CASSANDRA/Patching%2C+versioning%2C+and+LTS+releases

Support for TIBCO Branded Apache Software Products
For the following TIBCO branded Apache offerings, TIBCO will continue to provide support under existing policies. However, TIBCO will no longer repackage these Apache offerings and will instead support the Apache offerings directly:
