WADL

Web Application Description Language (WADL) is HTTP-based Web applications description for machines to process.

In the REST architectural style, each component has the ability to function independently. To enable communication between the components, WADL is designed to provide description on how the components communicate with each other.

TPM REST API provides the application.wadl file for a client to send an HTTP RESTful Request and it responds to the client in accordance with the same WADL description.
