Creating, Viewing, and Editing Source Syntax

In WebFOCUS App Studio, you can create, view, and edit the source syntax for procedures, procedure components, and other types of files required by your applications.

This topic describes the Text Editor that is available when you are developing the source syntax for procedures, procedure components, and other types of files.

Note: Text editing is not the recommended way for developing new content. The preferred way is to use the different canvases. Text editing should be reserved for troubleshooting or developing code that cannot be accomplished using the canvases.
