Privileges Required for Creating and Sharing Library Items

In order to create and share Library reports, your user role must include the Create Library Item privilege (opCreateLibraryItem) and the Share Private Library Content privilege (opShareLibraryReport).

By default, users assigned to the DomainDeveloper role of a specific domain can create and share Library reports, and users assigned to the DomainAdvancedUser role of a specific domain can share library reports, but not create library reports.

In contrast, users assigned to the DomainBasicUser role or the DomainGroupAdmin of a specific domain do not have either privilege.
