Using the ReportCaster Console

The following tools are accessible from the Console.

• Job Log
• Configuration
• Blackout Periods
• Execution IDs
• Global Updates
• Purge Job Logs
• Purge Library
• Unsubscribe Watch List Users
• Refresh

Access to each tool is controlled by the WebFOCUS Client security authorization model. For information on the operations that control access to the ReportCaster tools, see the TIBCO WebFOCUS® Security and Administration technical content.

You can access the ReportCaster Console from any of the following locations. On the Hub, select the Main Menu and then select ReportCaster Status under the Quick Access section. On the WebFOCUS Home Page, select Utilities and then select ReportCaster Status. From the Administration Console, select the ReportCaster tab. The ReportCaster Console opens and displays the Server Status tab, by default.

The Console intuitive ribbon displays in a new browser window. The ribbon displays buttons for each of the tools the user is authorized to access.
