Data Tables

Top  Previous  Next

Data tables provide a flexible way of capturing data that is significant to a process, within the context of activities. For example, data tables might be used to capture business requirements, system details used to perform certain activities, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), audit results and RACI charting. Data tables can also be used to provide additional information for actions and change requests, as well as defining business control points.

Administrators and Authors with Data table administrator permissions can create, move and delete Data tables in the Web Server. Additionally they can manage access rights on Data tables and Data table attachments.

Data table managers can perform any Data table administrator actions if they have read and write permissions. However, they will only be able to view a data table if read only access has been granted.

Administrators and Authors with Data table administrator permissions are also able to create, rename and manage access rights on Data table folders in the Web Server.

Data table permissions are managed by administrators in the Author Client.
