After installing the plug-in, you need to perform certain postinstallation tasks.
- Preparing JDBC-Based SmartMapper Service
The plug-in supports storing relationship data in a database by using the JDBC-Based SmartMapper Service. - Upgrading Database
If you want to use the same database that is used in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks SmartMapper 5.x, you need to upgrade the database before using TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SmartMapper 7.1.0.
