OMS Performance Tuning
There have been significant performance improvements to OMS. The queue for order submission has multiple concurrent listeners to process incoming orders in parallel. The queues for receiving status notifications are separated for the different types of notifications such as Order, OrderLine, Plan, PlanItem, or OrderAmendment (See figure Listener Queues). Each of these queues supports multiple concurrent listeners for processing the notifications in parallel. The number of concurrent listeners for the various queues are configurable, and can be configured using the Fulfillment Order Management Configurator user interface.

In addition, the number of concurrent listeners for JMS interfaces from AFI, AFS, and TDS components merged as the integral part of OMS server can also be configured according to the need.
