No EPMR Characteristic in Product

In case a product model does not contain the required EPMR characteristic, then behaviour of amendment to generate redo or compensate plan item can be controlled using the flag, CompensateRestartForNoEPMRChar, in AOPD configurations. See the topic Amendment Configuration Flags for this flag.
