Run the WelcomeUsers Application

This tutorial demonstrates how to use TIBCO Openspace as a user to start the WelcomeUsers application, and process work items.

Prerequisites

The tutorial: How to Map Users to the WelcomeUsers Organization Model defines the login credentials for users of the WelcomeUsers application.

This tutorial demonstrates how to do the following:

  • Log on to, and log off from Openspace.
  • Start a business service.
  • Open and process work items.
  1. Log on to Openspace as a User
    Openspace is a web application that allows users to work with process and work management applications, for example, to process work items or start business services.
  2. Start the Business Service
    Users with applicable permissions can start deployed applications with a business service. The business service displays a form, into which a user enters the information that the business process requires.
  3. Log off from Openspace
    Always log off when work is complete. This prevents others from performing work with your login credentials.
