Automatic Mirroring

Disaster recovery sites check for newly available checkpoints based on the mirroring_interval configuration option, set when the grid is created.

By default, the system checks for new checkpoints after every 30 seconds. This option can be changed after creating a grid by using the tibdg grid modify command. The changes are effective only after you restart the node responsible for checking for new checkpoints. Typically this node is the leader of the first copyset created.
