Work Item Activities

ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for MDM provides a set of work items related wrapper services by inquiring metadata and turn loosely schemed name-values pairs into strongly typed services.

The work item services also implement loose schema, which is difficult to use. The ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for MDM provides the wrapper by inquiring the metadata from TIBCO MDM server, and by validating the request and build strong-typed input and output.

  • Approve Work Item
    By using the Approve Work Item activity, you can approve work items, and continue the paused executions.
  • Close Work Item
    By using the Close Work Item activity, you can close notification work items.
  • Query Work Item
    By using the Query Work Item activity, you can query work items based on the specified search criteria.
  • Reassign Work Item
    By using the Reassign Work Item activity, you can reassign work items to other users. When you own the work item or you have permission for the work item, you can reassign the work item to another user. The work item is then closed, and a new work item is created for the target user.
  • Reject Work Item
    By using the Reject Work Item activity, you can reject work items, and cancel all the operations related to the work items.
