Creating an Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection
After you create a project, connect to Oracle Fusion Cloud Application Suite and use the cloud services to create and configure an Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection resource.
With the Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection resource, you can connect to the Oracle Cloud instances using the login and authentication data maintained in Oracle Identity Cloud Service.
Before you beginThe Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection Shared Resource is available at the Resources level in a project. Create a project, as described in Creating a Project.
- Procedure
- Expand the created project in the Project Explorer view.
- Right-click the Resources folder and go to .
- Type a name in the Resource Name field in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection Resource dialog and click Finish.
- Configure the Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection shared resource in the displayed editor, as described in Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection Shared Resource.
The resource folder, package name, and resource name of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps Connection Resource are assigned by default. If you do not want to use the default configurations, change them accordingly.
