Creating an Amazon Redshift Connection
You must create an Amazon Redshift connection before you can use the Amazon Redshift connector. The Amazon Redshift connection contains all the parameters required to connect to the Amazon Redshift database. The Amazon Redshift connection is used by all the activities in the Amazon Redshift category.
Note: Before you create an
Amazon Redshift connection, be sure that you have an active
Amazon Redshift account.
Note: By default
Amazon Redshift cluster is configured with port 5439. For custom configurations the port range should be within 1024 - 9999. Configuring a port number outside this range is not supported due to the firewall policies and will result in a Connection timeout error.
To create an Amazon Redshift connection, click the Connections tab on the Flogo Enterprise page.
If this is the first connection you are adding, do the following:
- Click the Amazon Redshift Connector tile.
- Enter the values for the fields in the Amazon Redshift Connector dialog. See Amazon Redshift Connection Details topic for a description of the fields.
- Click Connect.
If you already have existing connections for any connector in
Flogo Enterprise, the connections will be displayed on the
Connections page.
- Click Add Connection.
- Click the Amazon Redshift Connector tile.
- Enter the values for the fields in the Amazon Redshift Connector dialog. See Amazon Redshift Connection Details topic for a description of the fields.
- Click Connect.
