CGroupFactory	Factory for IGroup objects.
CIGroup	The group facility can coordinate fault-tolerant operation, or distribute operating roles among application process instances.
CAdvisory	Asynchronous advisory messages carry information about the operation of FTL. Programs can receive this information through subscribers on the advisory endpoint
CFTL	The class FTL is the first entry point of an FTL program.
CFTLAlreadyExistsException	Conflict with an existing object, value or definition.
CFTLClientShutdownException	The program attempted an operation on an unusable realm object.
CFTLEndOfBufferException	End of buffer while parsing an inbound message.
CFTLException	An error occured in FTL.
CFTLFormatUnavailableException	A format required by the client program is unavailable.
CFTLIllegalStateException	An action is inconsistent with internal state.
CFTLInterruptedException	Thread internal interrupt.
CFTLInvalidArgumentException	Invalid argument (or invalid value embedded in an argument).
CFTLInvalidConfigException	Invalid or contradictory property values.
CFTLInvalidFormatException	The FTL client library encountered a message with an invalid format.
CFTLInvalidTypeException	Field datatype mismatch.
CFTLInvalidValueException	FTL internal error.
CFTLIOException	I/O error.
CFTLLimitReachedException	A resource cannot accept data because it has reached a limit.
CFTLNotFoundException	Cannot find a requested object.
CFTLNotInitializedException	The program called FTL.Close and subsequently called an FTL method that requires FTL resources.
CFTLNotPermittedException	Invalid operation (on a valid object).
CFTLNotSupportedException	Unsupported datatype or feature.
CFTLNullException	Unexpected null value.
CFTLOSException	An operating system call failed.
CFTLOutOfMemoryException	Memory allocation failed.
CFTLOutOfRangeException	A value or reference is out of range.
CFTLRealmServerException	Exception within the realm server. The client library does not throw this exception.
CFTLResourceUnavailableException	A resource required by the client program is unavailable.
CFTLTimeoutException	Internal timeout elapsed.
CFTLVersionMismatchException	Incompatible versions of FTL components.
CIContentMatcher	Content matcher objects filter messages based on their content.
CIEventQueue	Event queue objects hold message and timer events until listeners can process them.
CIEventTimer	A timer object queues an event when its interval elapses.
CIInbox	Inbox objects address inbox subscribers.
CIInboxSubscriber	Inbox subscribers receive one-to-one messages.
CILogHandler	Customer programs may implement this interface to process FTL log statements.
CIMessage	Message objects contain fields with values.
CIMessageFieldRef	Field references enable efficiency gains when accessing message fields.
CINotificationHandler	In some situations, FTL must notify programs of conditions that preclude the use of event queues (as the communications medium). Instead of sending an advisory, FTL notifies the program through an out-of-band mechanism.
CIPublisher	Publisher objects send messages.
CIRealm	Realm objects contain definitions of message formats, endpoints and transport maps
CISubscriber	Subscribers express interest to receive inbound messages.
CISubscriberListener	Message event handler.
CITibBrowser	Programs can use browsers to inspect and delete existing messages in shared durables.
CITibLock	Cooperating application programs can use locks to implement exclusive access to a map within a persistence store.
CITibMap	Programs can use maps to store key/value pairs in a persistence store.
CITibMapIterator	Map iterators iterate over the key/value pairs in a map.

CLogStream	LogStream data messages carry logging and advisory data about FTL programs. Programs can receive the stream of logging data messages by subscribing to the logging endpoint
CMessageEnumerator	This class implements the System.Collections.IEnumerator interface for enumerating the fields of an IMessage. When called on an IMessage, the method System.Collections.IEnumerable.GetEnumerator returns an object of this class.
