Decide Whether to Create a High-Availability Configuration

Decide whether you want to create a high-availability configuration as described in High Availability Deployment. To create this configuration, do the following steps:

Perform a Full installation as described in this section on the machine that hosts your iProcess Engine Plug-ins. When prompted, select Advanced Configuration Required. This allows you to specify the details of the multiple Jetty servers that will form your high availability configuration.

Perform an installation of the JMX Container (only) on each of the Jetty servers in your configuration.

If you are using security features, during the installation of the JMX container, specify the keystore location and password as well as the security parameters for each node in the high availability configuration.
