Track - Events

You can use the Track – Events page to track z/OS events under the applied connection. These events are only accessible after you establish a connection to Mainframe Service Tracker.

You can configure the settings applied to track z/OS events. For more information, see Track - Events: Configuration.

• Track - Events: Jobs
  The Tracker server publishes Rendezvous messages to the tibtrk.jobstep subject at the end of each job step and at the end of the job when the Tracker server is monitoring.
• Track - Events: Alerts
  The Tracker server publishes alert messages on the default tibtrk.usermsg subject.
• Track - Events: SYSLOG
  Mainframe Service Tracker publishes SYSLOG messages on the default tibtrk.logmsg subject. The SYSLOG messages are only available for the Rendezvous connection type.
• Track - Events: Configuration
  You can use the Track - Events: Configuration page to configure the settings applied to track z/OS events.
