Getting Started

This guide is developed to walk you through the necessary steps to configure TIBCO® Managed File Transfer Command Center for the first time.

TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT) Command Center is the administrative component of TIBCO® Managed File Transfer Internet Server and TIBCO® Managed File Transfer Platform Server. In most cases, the basic functionality described in this document is the same for both products. It is noted when a function or feature is specific to a single product.

To get TIBCO MFT Command Center up and running, perform the following operations:

  1. Adding Email Server
  2. Working with Users
  3. Working with Servers
  4. Setting Up and Executing Platform Server to Platform Server Transfers
  5. Setting Up and Managing DNI Daemons
  6. Collecting Platform Server Audit Records
  7. Initiating Platform Transfers Using JMS
  8. Sending Data to a JMS Queue
  9. Receiving Data from a JMS Queue

After TIBCO MFT Command Center is installed, you can access the TIBCO MFT Command Center Administrator web pages using the following URL:

https://[DNS_HostName]:[httpsPort]/cfcc/control?view=view/admin/start.jsp

When you are prompted for a user ID and password, you must log in with the administrator credentials of admin and changeit.
