Managing Acknowledgers on Multiple Documents

Add and remove acknowledgers on a scope of documents.

Note: Acknowledgers can only be managed on master content.

Adding users and groups as acknowledgers


Procedure

1.Click the Documents link on the navigation bar.

2.Select the check boxes of the relevant documents.

3.From the I want to menu select Manage master acknowledgers.

4.To add acknowledgers click in the search field and start typing the name of the user or group.  Alternatively, click the down arrow to display a list of users and groups.

Note: The available users or groups will be displayed as you type, therefore you may not need to enter the full name.

5.Click to add them.

Note: To remove an acknowledger from the list, click the check box to select them, and then click .

6.Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each acknowledger you want to add.

7.Click Save.

 

Removing users and group as acknowledgers


Procedure

1.Click the Documents link on the navigation.

2.Select the check boxes of the relevant documents.

3.From the I want to menu select Manage master acknowledgers.

4.Click the check box of the Existing acknowledgers to select them, and then click .

5.Click Remove.

6.Click Save.

 

Remove a user from an existing acknowledgers group

Remove a user from a scope of documents without affecting existing reviewers.


Procedure

1.Click the Documents link on the navigation bar.

2.Select the check boxes of the relevant documents.

3.From the I want to menu select Manage master acknowledgers.

4.Click the Existing acknowledgers check box.

5.Click .

6. Click in the search field and start typing the name of the user you want to remove.

       Note: The available users or groups will be displayed as you type, therefore you may not need to enter the full name.

7.Click to add them.

8.Click X to exit.

9.Click Save.
