Diagram details

Activities (SIPOC): Builds a list of all activities within a specified scope of diagrams, and shows activity ID, text and notes.

Inputs and outputs: Builds a list of all the activity's input and output flow lines across the diagrams within a specified scope.

Diagrams: Builds a list of all diagrams within the specified scope, and includes information such as author, owner, version, etc.

Feedback: Builds a list of all feedback and includes information such as feedback title, user, date, diagram, etc.

Keywords: Builds a list of all keywords and includes information such as keyword, user, date, diagram, etc.

Objects: Builds a list of all the various diagram objects.  For example: activities, free text, flow lines, notes bubbles, etc.

Linked assets

Diagram links: Builds a list of all diagram links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the source diagram, destination diagram, etc.

File and document links: Builds a list of all file links and document links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the file, title, document number, document owner, etc.

Flow line links: Builds a list of all flow line links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the flow line link type, source diagram, destination diagram, etc.

Resources: Identifies where a selected resource exists within a specified scope of diagrams and displays information such as the diagram, activity, other resources, etc.

Storyboard dependency: Builds a list of diagram and activity steps referenced in storyboards for a scope of diagrams.

Statement links

Map compliance: A matrix of statement sets indicating which maps have statement links and which maps have no statement links.

Linked statements vs activity links: Builds a list of all activity statement links within a specified scope of diagrams. It displays the difference between these activity statement links and the other statements from associated statement sets.

Statement link audit log: Builds a list of all statement audit log records within the specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the statement name, diagram name, etc.

Statement link audits: Builds a list of all activity statement link audit records within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the audit date, audit description, compliance statement, activity text, etc.

Statement link audits and statement data: Builds a list of all activity statement link audit records for a specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the audit date, audit description, statement, statement’s additional data, activity text, etc.

Data tables

Data table links: Builds a list of all places where a data table link exists and includes information such as the name of data table.

<Activity-DEFAULT>: This data table definition is used to add additional fields to an activity.

<Change Request-DEFAULT>: This data table definition is used to add additional fields to Change Request records.

Requests and progress

Acknowledgements: Builds a list of all user acknowledgements across a specified scope of diagrams.

Acknowledgement progress: Builds a list of the acknowledgement status for each acknowledger on each diagram within a specified scope of diagrams. This can help to show where any delays exists in the acknowledgement cycle.

Acknowledgement requests: Builds a list of acknowledgement requests across a scope of diagrams.

Acknowledgement summary: Builds a high-level overview of the acknowledgement progress for a selected scope of diagrams.

Actions: Builds a list of all actions across a specified scope of diagrams.

Authorization progress: Builds a list of the sign-off status for each authorizer on each diagram within a specified scope of diagrams. This can help to show where any delays exists in the authorization sign-off cycle.

Change requests: Builds a list of all change requests across a specified scope of diagrams, and allows individual change requests to be progressed onto their next stage in the cycle.

Review progress: Builds a report of the current review statuses of diagrams across a scope of diagrams.

Users

Access rights: Builds a list to show the default access rights and specific user access rights.

Assigned users: Builds a list of all authorizers, acknowledgers, reviewers, subscribers, owners and authors.

My information: Builds a report showing all different functions within the scope of diagrams where your user account is assigned, e.g. where users are an authorizer, acknowledger, subscriber, author, owner, reviewer, etc.

Subscriptions: Builds a list of subscriptions and allows filtering and grouping on the users.

History

Audit trail: Builds a list of all audit trail entries for all diagrams within the specified scope of diagrams.

Change logs: Builds a list of all diagram change log entries across the specified scope of diagrams.
