Creating Diagram Reports

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar and navigate to the diagram you want to create a report on.

2.Select either the draft or master version.

3.Click and then Create report.

4.Choose a category from the following options:

Diagram details

Linked assets

Statement links

Data tables

Requests and progress

Users

History

 

Note: Selecting a category will display the report types available.  Each report type gives a brief description of the details that will be included in the report.  Further information on report types can be found here Report Types

5.Select a report and click Next.

Note: If you are reporting on a data table or the statement link report, an additional dialog will appear following the selection that you want to report on.

6.Select the scope and click Create report.

Note: The Progress manager can be accessed anytime to cancel a queued report, or open one that’s already compiled.
