Add Statement Links via a SIPOC report

Add a Statement Link to either a Diagram Activity or a Process Diagram from within a SIPOC report.

Note: You must have the relevant map open to run the SIPOC report. Additionally, only Statement Managers, Statement Set Administrators, Statement Set Managers and Administrators are permitted to add Statement Links via a SIPOC report.

1.From the Tools menu choose Reports.

2.From the Categories column choose Diagrams.

3.From the Reports column choose Activities (SIPOC).

4.From the Scope column choose the scope of diagrams to include in the report.

5.Click OK.

6.From within the report right-click on the Activity you want to add a Statement Link to, and select Add Statement Links to Activities.

7.Locate the statement set and select the check boxes of the statement/s you want to add.

Note: It is only possible to add multiple Statements from a single Statement Set.  Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add Statements from other Statement Sets.

8.Click OK.

Note: The selected statement/s are displayed in the report and on the activity box in the process diagram.

6.Right-click anywhere in the report, and select Add Statement Links to Diagrams.

7.Locate the statement set and select the check boxes of the statement/s you want to add.

8.Note: It is only possible to add multiple Statements from a single Statement Set.  Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add Statements from other Statement Sets.

9.Click OK.

Note: The selected statements are displayed in the report and on in the diagram information.
