Remove Statement Links via a SIPOC report

You can remove a Statement Link from either a Diagram Activity or a Process Diagram from within a SIPOC report.

Note: You must have the relevant map open to run the SIPOC report. Additionally, only Statement Managers, Statement Set Administrators, Statement Set Managers and Administrators are permitted to remove Statement Links via a SIPOC report.

1.From the Tools menu choose Reports.

2.From the Categories column choose Diagrams.

3.From the Reports column choose Activities (SIPOC).

4.From the Scope column choose the scope of diagrams to include in the report.

5.Click OK.

6.From within the report right-click on the Activity you want to remove a Statement Link from, and select Remove Statement Links from Activities.

7.Select one or more statements to remove.

8.Click OK.

9.Click Yes.

6.Right-click anywhere in the report, and select Remove Statement Links from Diagrams.

7.Select one or more statements to remove.

8.Click OK.

9.Click Yes.
