Document Details

The Document Details window displays the details about a selected document in the Document Registry. The following tabs are available:

Details

This tab displays the majority of information about the document, including title, version number, author, owner, categories, authorization status, etc. If a master version of the document exists then you can switch between draft and master version.

Controlled Copyholders

This tab displays which users currently have controlled copies of the document. Controlled copyholders can be added by clicking . To remove a copyholder, select the user and click .

Related Documentation

This tab displays any related documents (within the Document Registry). Documents can be linked by clicking .

Usage

This tab displays the process maps where the document is linked (i.e. where the document is attached to one or more diagram objects within a process map).
