Package a statement set

Statement sets can be packaged to include all statement records, file attachments, data table records and statement style rules and then transferred to another process repository. If you want to transfer a process map and its linked statements then you first have to transfer the appropriate statement sets before transferring the process map (i.e. unpack the statement sets before unpacking the process map).

1.	From the Tools menu choose Statement Sets.

2.	Click the statement set to highlight it.

3.	From the File menu choose Package.

4.	Enter a name for the statement set and click Save.

Note: You can choose a different folder to save the statement set package to by clicking Browse Folders.

5. Choose one of the following options by stating the intended use for the statement set, then click OK:

•Internal backup or transfer should be selected if the content is only for re-use or for an internal backup. All personal information will be maintained. This option should not be selected if you intend the content to be transferred to a third party as doing so will breach data-privacy regulations.

•Send to TIBCO Nimbus for support purposes should be selected if you intend to send the content to TIBCO Nimbus Support. All personal information will be maintained but will be removed from the content by TIBCO once the requirements have been met.

•Send to another external company or organization should be selected if you intend to send the content to an external company. All personal information will be removed from the content.

•Unknown should be selected if you are unsure how the content will be used. All personal information will be removed from the content.
